Step 1

Let’s Chat

It all starts with a conversation. Get in touch via the Request a Quote page and tell me about your space, your ideas, and what you'd love to feel when you look at your mural every day. From bold and bright to soft and meaningful, this is where the vision starts.

No pressure — just a relaxed chat to explore the possibilities.

Step 2

On-Site Visit & Quote

I’ll visit the location to see the wall in person and get a feel for the space, surface, lighting, and surroundings. This helps ensure the mural complements its environment and flows beautifully with the rest of your world.

After the visit, you’ll receive a custom quote tailored to your space and project.

Step 3

Agreement & Deposit

If you’re happy to move forward, you’ll receive an agreement outlining the scope, timeline, and terms — along with a 50% deposit invoice.

As soon as the deposit is received, I’ll begin the design work. You can expect your initial concepts in your inbox within 7 working days.

Step 4

Design & Feedback

You’ll receive two custom mural concepts, thoughtfully designed for your space and superimposed onto photos of your actual wall. This helps you see exactly how each option will look in real life.

You’ll choose your favourite, and we’ll refine your chosen design with up to three rounds of revisions to make sure it’s perfect. Your input is essential in shaping a mural that feels like a natural extension of your space and personality.

Once you approve the final design, we’ll lock in mural dates — typically within two weeks of approval.

Step 5

Booking & Planning

Once your design is approved, we’ll lock in the mural dates and finalise the project schedule. I’ll work with you to ensure the timing suits your home or business, with minimal disruption.

You’ll receive a clear timeline for painting and what to expect during the mural process. You’ll also receive any prep instructions, such as clearing the wall area or making sure surfaces are clean and dry.

This is where the creative energy really starts to build — we’re nearly ready to paint!

Step 6

Mural Painting & Completion

This is where your mural comes to life — either painted directly onto your wall or created on panels in my studio and professionally installed.

I’m fully insured and take great care to work cleanly, respectfully, and efficiently in your space. Most murals are completed within 4 to 5 days, depending on scale and complexity.

Once the mural is complete or installed, we’ll do a final walkthrough together to make sure every detail feels just right. You’ll then receive the final invoice for the remaining 50% balance.

I’ll also provide tips on how to care for your mural so it remains vibrant for years to come.

What Happens After

You’ll receive care instructions to help your mural stay vibrant and protected for years to come — whether it’s painted on-site or installed on panels.

As the artist, I retain the copyright to all original artwork, as outlined in our agreement. You’re welcome to use the mural for your own marketing purposes. However, if you’d like to use the design for branding, logos, or to sell it on merchandise, we can discuss a licensing or a merchandise agreement that works for both of us.
